What you get during transport

Three things, and they arrive without you having to ask: the link, the loading email, and someone on the phone.

A tracking link per shipment

A link that shows your vehicles and nothing else. The map opens at loading, with the truck’s approach zone and the kilometres left.

Automatic email confirmation

As soon as your vehicles are loaded, a confirmation email goes out automatically — you don’t have to ask.

A contact who answers

Reply within 2 working hours in 95% of cases — not a call centre, the person handling your file.

How it actually works

No platform promises — the real means we put behind your transport.

One link, nothing to install

Open the link: transport stages, kilometres left, the zone the truck is driving in. In your language, on a phone as on a desktop.

Condition report at collection

CMR consignment note with damage diagram, completed and signed at loading and at delivery.

One file, one person

Your contact knows the truck, the driver and the schedule. Invoice within 48 hours of delivery.

Our tracking, no varnish

What you get on every shipment — and what we do not claim to have.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we are asked most about transport tracking

You receive a tracking link and a written loading confirmation. The link shows the stages, the truck’s approach zone and the kilometres left. If you would rather just ask, a call or an email to your contact will get you the position and the estimated delivery.

Yes. We send you a link that belongs to your shipment alone: it shows only your vehicles, with no account and no password. The map appears once your vehicles are loaded — before that the truck is still at another customer's. It places the truck within a zone of about 10 km, not to the metre: that is deliberate, a driver's exact position is not something we broadcast.

We call you. A delay is handled by phone, with a new date — not by an automatic notification.
