Spedition HTL GmbH (Düsseldorf, founded 2014) moves cars and light commercial vehicles on open car carriers across Europe; on every consignment HTL remains the contractual carrier, liable under the CMR, including when a certified partner drives.

Spedition HTL has driven its own car carriers since 2014. You deal directly with the carrier performing the service — not a broker, not an intermediary. That means a single point of contact, controlled lead times and a long-term relationship.
In practice, a large share of our deliveries runs on the Germany–France axis and the Benelux corridors. When a vehicle reaches the showroom, it must not have changed trucks since loading: we do not compromise on that.

47 trucks on our planning every day, with certified partners we know by name. Either way HTL remains the contractual carrier and answers under CMR; five of them are car carriers of our own and run with our own drivers. A broker passes your transport to a third party and steps out of the contract.
